Terrain on the island of Cebaco, 59 hectares situated at 267 km or four and a half hours from Panama City to MutisHarbor and then 35-50 minutes by boat. Among the closest islands is Santa Catalina, the Island of Coiba classified as part of the world heritage by the UNESCO. As the selling of land on Coiba is forbidden, the islands of Cebaco and Gobernadora are future focal point of tourism development taking into account that they posses many natural resources. All plots of land have a beach front, forests, and small rivers with cascades. Their highest point is flat with a view on both sides of the island.
There is no supply of electricity on these islands which means that the few inhabitants of these islands use electric plants or solar energy. On these islands there are no harbors. The water is supplied by aqueducts.
